As an integrative therapist, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I carefully select methods from different approaches — including Person-Centred theory for empathy, Psychodynamic thinking for insight, and practical CBT tools — to create a therapeutic relationship that is tailored specifically to you.

The first session is simply a chance for us to meet, for me to explain the process clearly, and for you to decide — with no obligation — if I am the right therapist for you.

You can log in from your chosen location — a quiet room at home, your private office, or wherever you feel most secure — and dedicate that time entirely to yourself.

Working together means you get reliable, consistent support. Sessions are typically held weekly, usually at the same time, and run for 50 minutes. This regular structure creates the consistency needed for deep, meaningful insight — without the stress of travel or commuting.
